SST Exemption
- SST is exempted for Malaysian Citizens starting 1 July 2025.
- Non-citizens are subject to 6% SST.
- This promo is strictly for self-paying clients only (Non-Panel, Non-TPA).
- Panel clients are not eligible.
- Sessions are valid for In-Clinic or Housecall (RM2/KM surcharge, Min RM10/trip).
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm booking and lock in the promo rate.
- Installment plan is available for the 15-session package only.
- Full payment upfront is required for 1, 3, 5, and 10 sessions.
- Accepted payment methods: Online Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or E-Wallet QR.
Validity
- 1, 3, and 5 Sessions – Valid for 3 MONTHS from purchase date.
- 10 and 15 Sessions – Valid for 6 MONTHS from purchase date.
- Package is considered active after the first session.
- Unused sessions beyond the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Usage Policy
- Package is valid for both clinic and housecall sessions.
- Housecalls are subject to RM2/KM travel fee.
- Shareable with up to 3 people, RM10 per additional name.
- All names must be registered before use.
- Weekend and On-Call charges are waived for self-paying clients.
Transfer & Refund
- No refunds unless in the event of the package owner's death (Documentation required).
- Packages are transferable to another person if refund is not requested.
- All transfers must be approved by Physiomobile HQ.
Restrictions
- Cannot be combined with other promos or vouchers (e.g., Birthday or Referral vouchers).
- Not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services.
- No partial claims, upgrades, or downgrades after purchase.
- Final package must be confirmed after the 1st session and before the 2nd.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share my package?
Yes! Packages are shareable with up to 3 people. There is a small RM10 registration fee per additional name. All names must be registered before use.
What is the validity period?
3 & 5 Session packages are valid for 3 MONTHS. 10 & 15 Session packages are valid for 6 MONTHS from the purchase date.
Is Housecall Service included?
Yes, packages can be used for Housecalls. A travel fee of RM2/KM applies (Min RM10/trip). Weekend and On-call charges are waived for package holders.
