Physiomobile services are designed to support rehabilitation, wellness, and mobility improvement.

• We do not provide emergency medical services
• We do not prescribe medication

Approved refunds may require up to 14 business days for processing.


15. Packages, Loyalty Points & Referral Programs

• Loyalty points (PMPoints)

Expired credits or points are non-transferable and non-refundable.


16. Housecall Physiotherapy Services

Physiomobile reserves the right to cancel sessions if conditions are unsafe.


17. Intellectual Property

All content within Physiomobile platforms including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Text
• Software
• Images

are the intellectual property of PMMY Group Sdn. Bhd.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physiomobile shall not be liable for:
