Physiomobile provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including in-center sessions, home visits, and corporate wellness programs. Our Services may be booked through our website, mobile application, or customer service channels. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, all content on our platform is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Physiomobile’s Services are intended to support your wellness and rehabilitation needs but are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment by a licensed medical practitioner. If you experience severe pain, injury, or a medical emergency, please seek immediate attention from a qualified healthcare professional. Physiomobile and its therapists do not issue prescriptions or perform surgical procedures.
5. Corporate Events & Ergonomic Sessions
Any information, exercise demonstration, or advice provided during corporate programs, ergonomic talks, or workshops is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Participants should consult their healthcare providers before beginning any exercise program.
6. Booking and Payment
All bookings for Services must be made in advance through our official channels. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time without notice.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your session or package credit. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our internal policy and may take up to 14 business days.
8. Packages, Loyalty Points, and Referral Programs
Package sessions are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase, typically three (3) or six (6) months. Loyalty points and referral rewards are governed by our program terms and may change from time to time. Expired credits or points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. House Call Services
House call services are available within a 30-kilometer radius of our outlets and may be subject to additional travel fees. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and suitable environment for the session. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the session if conditions are deemed unsafe.
10. Mobile Application Permissions
By using our mobile application, you consent to the use of certain device features, including location access for house call bookings and notifications for appointment reminders and promotional updates. You may disable these features in your device settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of our Services.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times. You must not misuse our Services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of our platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, on our website and application is the exclusive property of Physiomobile and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
